Kanya Samuhik Vivah

The Kiran Devi Foundation (a registered organization) is organizing a mass marriage festival in 2026, with the goal of arranging respectful marriages for daughters from economically disadvantaged and needy families. The message of this program is, “A daughter is priceless – let her be married with respect.” The goal is to marry a total of 51 eligible girls under this festival. The registration period for interested and eligible families is from March 15th to 30 June, 2026, and the registration location will be Delhi. The wedding date for this mass marriage ceremony is set for July 12, 2026. The application form requires detailed information about both the bride and groom, including their full name (in Hindi and English), parents’ names, date of birth, age, Aadhaar card number, educational qualifications, occupation, income information, permanent and current address, and mobile number. Information about the family’s social and economic status, such as whether the girl is an orphan, lives with a single parent, is extremely poor or destitute, etc., will also need to be provided. Self-attested copies of the required documents must be attached to the application, including the bride and groom’s Aadhaar cards, age proof (birth certificate or 10th grade mark sheet), income certificate, residence certificate, ration card (if available), four passport-sized photographs of both parties, and an unmarried certificate or affidavit. Additionally, a health declaration from the bride and groom must certify that both are physically and mentally fit for marriage, and that any serious or infectious illnesses must be disclosed. Upon receiving the application, the Foundation Committee will conduct a preliminary investigation, followed by document verification, and, if necessary, a field visit to the family’s home to assess their economic and social status. Based on these procedures, the final selection list will be released by 30 June, 2026, and the organization’s decision will be final and binding.

Several important terms and conditions apply to this mass marriage program, including the minimum age of the bride must be 18 years old and the minimum age of the groom must be 21 years old. The marriage must be solemnized with the full consent and voluntary consent of both parties, and the giving or taking of dowry is strictly prohibited. The organization reserves the right to reject the application if any information provided in the application is found to be incorrect or false. The marriage will be solemnized in accordance with Indian law and social customs, and the organization may conduct follow-up for approximately six months after the wedding. The application form will require the signatures of the bride, groom, and guardian, as well as the names, addresses, and signatures of two witnesses. Furthermore, for official use, the application number, name of the application examiner, field verification officer, application status (approved, rejected, or pending), and the location of the authorized signature and seal will also be specified. For official information, the organization’s website, contact numbers, and email IDs are available, so that interested families can obtain the necessary information and complete their registrations in a timely manner.
